Our Analytics pipeline responsible for our Audience and Retention numbers has been operating poorly since 9/30 and the numbers are incorrect. We have identified the problem and working towards a solution. No data loss occurred; the reports will be backfilled before this incident is resolved.

The first of two steps of recovering this data is progressing well and this status will be updated when we progress to the second step.
